Artist Rec Friday - Grace Knight

Hello readers, and welcome back to Artist Rec Friday here at Jaded Productions! Today, we’ll be discussing the talented and fabulous Grace Knight!

Grace Knight has just recently signed onto the Jaded Productions artist roster. She is a 21 year old New Jersey native who is making a big name for herself in music right now. Grace has two songs out, “You Don’t Owe The World Pretty” and her latest single, “I Believe You”.

Both songs are beautifully written and crafted, and after asking Grace, I learned that my personal favorite song, “You Don’t Owe The World Pretty” was written in her tiny apartment in Queens, New York, when she was feeling really down last summer. It’s so interesting to reaffirm that the most beautiful things come out of some of the worst times of our lives.

Grace’s biggest influences in music change quite frequently, but some that stick out to her would be Billie Eilish, Trent Reznor and Atticus Rose, Patrick Doyle, Alexandra Desplat, and too many movie soundtracks to count! Another fun fact about Grace: she plays the flute, and is learning to play the piano and ukulele!

The future for Grace Knight consists of more pop-sounding music, and more songs to come! Congratulations Grace Knight, and welcome to the Jaded Productions Team!

New Music Monday - Rosie Charles

Our New Music Monday this week is Rosie Charles! Rosie is a 20-year-old singer/songwriter from London! She is studying dentistry while pursuing her music career, and we are obsessed with her newest release, “lonely”!

Rosie wrote, played, and produced “lonely”, and we could not be more impressed with her talent! This jazz/soul R&B track has already received support from MTV and BBC. If you like artists like Amy Winehouse and UMI, then Rosie Charles is the artist for you!

Rosie Charles is a spectacular talent, and I have a feeling she will go very far with her music career! So go follow her and stream her music now so you can eventually say that you were an early fan in her career! Hooray for Rosie Charles and “lonely”!

The Jaded Productions Story and Team

Jaded Productions was founded in November 2019 in my university dorm room as a project for an artist that I had on my roster, Angela Grace (she’s really amazing, go check her out). I had no idea what I was doing at the time. All I knew was that it had been my dream to work in the music industry as an artist manager since I saw Scooter Braun in the Justin Bieber Never Say Never movie when I was 12 or 13 years old.

As I had mentioned, Jaded Productions was founded to support one artist who I knew through my high school, and I only knew that I wanted to promote her as much as possible, because she was, and still is, incredibly talented. I had no idea that it would turn into anything more than that.

With all of that being said, I want to dedicate this portion of the blog to my incredible team. They all believe in Jaded Productions so much, and the content, events, and artists that you see today would not have been possible for me to accomplish on my own.

To the Executive VP of Jaded Productions, Joanna, who meets with me at least 3 times a week, and lets me bounce ideas with her constantly, I want to give a massive thank you. I always say this, but she is my personal calendar, because I can never keep track of what we scheduled and when we scheduled it. She also curates these blog posts every other week, and overall has helped Jaded Productions grow into itself. She also co-hosts the “A Little Jaded” podcast with me, and I know she will become an amazing music industry professional one day.

I know my way around Canva and can put together some graphics, but the Jaded Productions Graphics Team has blown me away since they’ve joined the team. Mariana Medina was our first addition to the Jaded Team outside of Joanna and I. She is incredibly talented and is able to complete an amazing graphic in under 30 minutes (the one that I’m referencing specifically is this week’s Artist Rec Friday for Grace Knight). In a few short days, she will also be taking on the role of Street Team Manager with Jaded Productions!

We’ve also added Haidyn Griffin to the Jaded Graphics Team, and she is just as talented and fun to talk to! She has completed more graphics than I thought possible, and each one is so unique and creative! I can’t believe the talent that both of these women bring to the team. Check out their graphics on any of the Jaded Productions platforms, and confirm that it’s theirs by checking the graphic credits!

We have added a social media team recently, who has worked incredibly hard so far, and I’m so grateful for them. Travis Swift joined us as the TikTok Manager (@jaded_productions) about two months ago, and has created every single Artist Rec Friday and New Music Monday TikTok (in collaboration with our Assistant TikTok Manager, Vivienne Huynh)! He has also done an Instagram Story Takeover of A Day in the Life of Travis, and is constantly creating new ideas and ways for the account to grow!

As I mentioned, these TikToks happen in collaboration with the Jaded Productions Assistant TikTok Manager, Vivienne Huynh. She joined our team at the same time as Travis, and has been a great addition! She is constantly thinking of great ideas, and I believe a couple of her videos have gone viral on our reels! She will also be fulfilling the role of a Street Team Manager in a couple days!

Kelly Carciente is our Twitter Manager at Jaded Productions, and is absolutely fabulous! So far, Kelly has taken the twitter platform from 17 followers to 45 followers, and has led 186,000 people to seeing our tweets. She is so consistent and constantly creating new engagement ideas. I’m extremely grateful for what she has done for the twitter platform (@jadedmanagement) and what she will do with it in the future!

To the artists on the Jaded Productions roster, Sophia Rose and Grace Knight, thank you both for believing in me as a manager. I hope that our collaboration has been and will continue to be something you enjoy and that brings you success. I’m so excited to watch you both grow and continue to promote and manage your amazingly successful careers!

Last but certainly not least, I want to thank everyone that supports Jaded Productions. From our incoming street team members to our followers to anyone who has ever clicked on one of our pages, I owe you my sincerest thank you. You all continue to read these blog posts, and like our photos, and watch our videos, and I appreciate that so much. I am so excited to see where Jaded Productions can go, and I hope you’ll all stay for the ride! And if you made it this far, reach out sometime, I’d love to talk!

Much Love 💚
